2. Service Description
ZapNodes provides game server hosting, Cloud VPS, dedicated servers, Discord bot hosting, web hosting, and related managed infrastructure services. Services are subject to stock, network availability, and fair-use limits shown at checkout.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: illegal content distribution, spam, malware distribution, and DDoS attacks.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance for all services. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is handled under the ZapNodes Refund Policy. Customers must open a support request through Discord or email before the eligible refund window ends. Setup fees, add-ons, domain registrations, dedicated server provisioning, abuse-related suspensions, and used billing periods may be non-refundable.
7. Service Level Agreement
We aim to maintain 99.99% network availability for eligible services. Maintenance windows, upstream incidents, customer misconfiguration, abuse handling, and force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations.
8. Data Protection
We apply reasonable security controls and backup options, but customers remain responsible for keeping independent backups of critical worlds, files, databases, and application data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
